Working Principle：
The powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer and emulsifier rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator. Materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor, generating extremely high linear speed. As materials pass through the narrow gap between the rotor and stator, they undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing, then are ejected out. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials repeatedly undergo depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing for a certain period of time, resulting in a stable emulsion.
Application Scope：
Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production, and small-batch production in factories, it is applicable for the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of product materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, and pesticides.
